Lets Beat World Hunger... TOGETHER!

Beating world hunger is achievable but there is still a long way to go. There are close to 795 million hungry people in the world. In the United States alone, live 41 million of them of which 12 million are children. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada is a business called Three Square. Three Square provides meals to the hungry by collecting food bank items, food rescue, and ready to eat meals. Having served over 39 million meals in 2018, Three Square works with almost 1,400 community partners who come together to create another step towards solving hunger.

 Panda Windows & Doors had the privilege to volunteer at the Three Square facility on July 12th! The team had an informative behind-the-scenes tour and history lesson of Three Square as well as a chance to meet the staff. After the tour, the Panda team sorted and packed over 1,100 bags of potatoes. These bags will be dispersed to families across the Southern Nevada region in efforts to leave nobody hungry. With the meals given out through Three Square, healthy-minded nutritional values are also given as Three Square keeps a caring touch, staying true to healthy living.
